Premise
A 120-day window is enough to reveal recurring marketing senders. Audit first, protect transactional mail, and unsubscribe only after reviewing the complete list.
Setup
- Connect Gmail and restrict the scan to the last 120 days.
- Define protected classes such as banking, payroll, receipts, shipping, and security.
- Review recurring senders and remove anything you want to keep.
- Approve execution and retain the final log.
Boundaries
- No sender is unsubscribed before list approval.
- Suspicious links, login-gated forms, and transactional messages are skipped.
Exclude receipts, invoices, shipping notices, security alerts, payroll, government messages, and account operations. Show me the full candidate list and make no changes until I return an approved version.
For approved senders, use the List-Unsubscribe header first and the sender’s official form second. Record sender, method, timestamp, and result as succeeded, failed, or skipped.
Never use “mark as spam” as a substitute unless I request it. Do not open suspicious links or enter credentials. If removal requires a login, flag it for me and continue.
Prompt
Review the previous 120 days of email and identify recurring promotional senders. For each sender, report estimated message count, latest message date, and the available unsubscribe mechanism.
