Setup

Every Monday (my timezone): read-only review of the last 30 days vs the prior 30. Cover program config, partners, referrals, commissions, payouts, campaigns, coupons, creatives as needed. Return a short exec brief (3–5 material changes), then actions tagged grow / retain / fix / investigate. Include a compact partner table: output, trend, evidence, opportunity or risk, recommended action, owner, check-in date. Flag concentration risk, dormant high-potential partners, payout exposure, pending applications, suspicious patterns, disclosure risks. Separate facts, hypotheses, and missing data. Only compute conversion, EPC, margin, LTV, CAC, payback, or ROI when inputs exist.
For each action, prepare the smallest next step (decision rationale, activation draft, fraud evidence table, campaign brief) — then wait. Never change partner status, commissions, payouts, rules, coupons, or creatives; never contact partners. On later runs, only material movement since last review plus the one decision that needs me this week.
