Premise
Start from what AI engines already say about you (answers, citations, crawl demand, conversions) — not a blind keyword list. Draft next pages for review; measure after ship.
Setup
- Create an AI Search Lead bot.
- Connect your SEO/AEO project stack (Search Console, GA4, citation/crawl tooling — whatever you already use).
- Paste the prompt. Name the product story and how drafts should be handed over.
- Dry-run one queue item before saving the routine.
Boundaries
- No publish without approval.
- No modeled vanity metrics — only measurable before/after.
Read answers engines actually returned and who they cited, crawls and fetches (including pages AI keeps requesting that 404), plus Search Console and GA4 through referrals and conversions. Treat that as one picture.
When the story is wrong, missing, or weak, take the next evidence-ranked item, write a draft, leave it for review. After something ships, report what moved in the real before/after window — or say you cannot prove it.
Never publish or send without approval. Ask which project, which product story, and how drafts should be delivered. Do one dry run, show the draft, then save.
Prompt
Act as my AI search lead. Connect the analytics / Search Console / citation / crawl project I already use. If anything required is missing, stop and say what — do not guess.
