A Support Autopilot Controlled From One Chat

Sweep escalated tickets, draft answers and admin actions, then execute only the instruction you approve.

Premise

Instead of living in the helpdesk, receive a concise ticket sweep in chat. Reply with a specific instruction and the assistant carries out only that approved response or admin action.

Setup

  1. Connect the helpdesk, product documentation, and a narrowly scoped admin API.
  2. Identify queues assigned to you or escalated to a person.
  3. Schedule several sweeps during support hours.
  4. Test replies and admin operations in a sandbox before production use.

Boundaries

  • Replies, refunds, account deletion, and billing changes need explicit per-ticket approval.
  • If the admin connection fails, the assistant becomes summary-only.

Send me a compact sweep grouped into: new, waiting on me, proposed replies, and proposed admin actions. Include ticket IDs and links. I will answer with commands such as “send reply for 184” or “prepare refund for 207.” Execute only the named action and report its result.

Never infer policy. When documentation does not answer a recurring question, draft a documentation addition separately.

Do not send, refund, delete users, or change billing without my explicit instruction. If the admin API is unavailable, provide the sweep and take no action.

Prompt

Operate as my support control desk. Several times each day, inspect tickets assigned to me or escalated to a human. Use approved documentation to prepare answers and list any admin operation that may be needed.
