Turn a Month of Bookmarks Into Reusable Skills

Premise

Saved links become useful only when you can name the move worth reusing. A monthly review compresses each bookmark into a thesis and mechanism, removes vague material, and turns the keepers into named skills with memorable triggers.

Setup

1. Export or connect the last 30 days of bookmarks.
2. Grade every item with the same compact rubric.
3. Review the high-value set and merge duplicates.
4. Convert recurring mechanisms into small, named workflows.

Boundaries

• Does not confuse a list of tools with a transferable technique.
• Marks an item as noise when its mechanism cannot be stated plainly.
• Preserves source links so every summary can be checked.

Do not produce a software roundup. Judge the transferable method, not the popularity of the author. If the mechanism cannot be explained clearly in one sentence, grade the item as noise.

Group the high-grade items by mechanism, merge repeats, and propose a small set of reusable skills. Give each skill a spoken trigger, required inputs, procedure, and expected output. Wait for me to approve which skills are saved.

Review my bookmarks from the previous 30 days. For each item, return its link, a one-sentence thesis, a grade of high/medium/noise, and one sentence naming the reusable mechanism.
