Approval delays can lose a scarce listing or appointment. The safer alternative is bounded authority: the bot may act immediately when every requirement is satisfied, but anything uncertain or outside the limit becomes a recommendation.
Setup
- For purchases, provide exact specifications, acceptable condition, quantity, marketplaces, and an all-in maximum.
- For appointments, provide location, available windows, service requirements, and budget.
- Connect payment only through a secure checkout you control.
- Test with a low-cost task and inspect the action log.
Boundaries
- A price ceiling includes taxes, fees, and shipping.
- Missing specifications, suspicious sellers, or schedule conflicts require approval.
- The bot must check prior actions to prevent duplicate purchases.
For an item, verify the exact model and specifications, condition, seller credibility, quantity, and total delivered price. If every requirement is met and the total is at or below my cap, you may purchase or bid. Otherwise, send the listing and explain the mismatch.
For an appointment, confirm the provider, service, time window, location, and complete price. Book only when all values fall inside my stated range.
Report confirmations and keep a list of searches still active. Never exceed a limit, infer a missing requirement, buy twice, or request payment credentials in chat. Hand control back to me when authentication or checkout cannot be completed securely.
