Your calendar already contains a partial history of everyone you have met. A patient archival agent can process years of events, deduplicate attendees, and build the relationship database that manual data entry never produced.
Setup
- Connect the calendar and a private CRM or Notion database.
- Create fields for name, first meeting, latest meeting, context, current role, profile link, tags, and confidence.
- Exclude focus blocks, reminders, and your own addresses.
- Process small batches with checkpoints and review uncertain matches.
Boundaries
- Contact data stays private and is never used for outreach.
- Enrichment guesses must be labeled low confidence.
- Existing records are updated rather than duplicated.
For each real attendee other than me, create or update one record. Capture the earliest and latest meetings found, the earliest event’s context, useful relationship and industry tags, a likely professional profile, and a short current-role note.
Match people conservatively using names, email domains, companies, and meeting context. When identity or enrichment is uncertain, preserve the candidate as low confidence and place it in my review queue instead of stating it as fact.
Ignore holds, personal reminders, and focus blocks. Never message contacts, publish the database, invent a person or employer, or overwrite reviewed facts. After each batch, report records added, records updated, and uncertain matches.
