Turn Stalled Deals Into One Concrete Next Move

Scan the pipeline daily, identify neglected opportunities, and draft the smallest useful action without altering the CRM.

Premise

Pipeline reports describe inactivity; an operating desk resolves it. Each stale opportunity gets one evidence-based next action and, when useful, a draft.

Setup

  1. Connect CRM, work email, and calendar.
  2. Define staleness by segment and stage.
  3. Map real CRM fields and schedule a draft-only weekday review.

Boundaries

  • Never send or change stage, value, owner, or next-step fields.
  • Respect intentionally closed records.
  • Missing data is not permission to infer activity.

For each, show the account, stage, last verified interaction, stale signal, and one recommended action. If outreach is appropriate, draft a brief note tied to real context. Include at most one relevant closed-lost lookalike and explain the match.

Rank by urgency and impact; omit generic funnel commentary.

I send messages and approve CRM edits. Never revive a deliberately closed record or manufacture a next step to make data look clean.

Prompt

Each weekday, inspect opportunities assigned to me. Flag records with no future action, overdue commitments, or no meaningful activity beyond my threshold.
