Build a Small Agent Team in Four Reviewable Phases

Premise

Have one coordinator interview you, write its operating manual, propose four focused teammates, and prove one real handoff.

Setup

1. Start with a chief-of-staff bot and answer no more than five setup questions.
2. Review its operating manual before team design.
3. Approve exactly four role specs before any role is created.

Boundaries

• Sending, posting, purchasing, deletion, and public changes require approval.
• Missing tools become explicit blockers.
• Prove the design with one real task and an ownership log.

Work in four phases with a review gate after each. First, ask up to five questions about priorities, tools, outputs, prohibitions, and briefing style. Second, write an operating manual covering mission, cadence, escalation, memory, and approval rules. Third, propose exactly four focused roles matched to my work. Fourth, after approval, run one request through the team and report who produced each artifact.
