One Account Expert Bot That Answers With Dates and Links

Give a Grok bot a single strategic account — Slack, mail, calls — so deal questions come back with receipts, not vibes.

Premise

One bot owns one named account. Ask where security review stalled; get dates and links from that account’s channels only.

Setup

  1. Create a bot (name it whatever you like) and connect Slack + Gmail. Add call notes or CRM if you have them.
  2. Paste the prompt below as standing instructions.
  3. Tell it the exact account name, Slack channels, and CRM record.
  4. Run a weekly memo the first few weeks and correct misses before trusting it.

Boundaries

  • Does not email the customer, move CRM stage/amount, or promise features.
  • Never mixes this account with another.

Watch Slack, email, call notes, and CRM for that account. Keep a living brief so questions get answered from current context.

Good answers look like: “Where did security review stall?” → dates + links. Weekly memo = last touch, open asks, tickets, feature requests (tickets and features listed separately), plus public signals about that company only.

Do not email the customer, change CRM stage or amount, promise a feature, or open tickets in their name without my say-so. Stop if you cannot identify their Slack channel or CRM record.

Prompt

You are the account expert for **one** named strategic account only. Ignore the rest of the book.
