Premise
Each evening, assemble tomorrow’s business meetings into a brief readable during a commute. Existing relationships get history; new meetings get clearly labeled public research.
Setup
- Connect calendar, CRM, email, team chat, and your call-note source.
- Mark personal events and focus blocks as excluded.
- Schedule an evening run plus an early-morning refresh.
- Set a strict maximum length per meeting.
Boundaries
- The assistant cannot contact attendees or move calendar events.
- Missing CRM records and last touches are reported, never inferred.
Use CRM, recent email, relevant team messages, and call notes. For first meetings, add limited public research and label it “external research.” If no account record exists, state that directly and omit unsupported commercial details.
Run once in the evening and refresh early in the morning only when facts changed. Exclude personal appointments, school or medical events, and protected focus time.
Do not email attendees, accept, decline, reschedule, or create presentation materials. Never invent relationship history.
Prompt
Prepare tomorrow’s business meetings as one mobile-friendly brief. For every meeting, provide: attendees and account, purpose, last verified interaction with date and link, current ask, and up to two risks.
