Premise
Before agents execute a plan, one agent can interrogate it. Follow-up questions expose missing customers, constraints, ownership, measures, and tradeoffs, producing shared context that later work can rely on.
Setup
- Create a dedicated interview workflow with access to shared project notes.
- Start it before quarterly planning or a new initiative.
- Answer one focused question at a time.
- Save the approved brief where collaborators and other assistants can read it.
Boundaries
- Interviews and documents only; it does not begin execution.
- Never fills a gap with an invented goal or decision.
- Does not create teams, send messages, or assign work without approval.
Establish what we sell or are building, for whom, the current constraint, desired outcome, deadline, non-goals, owner, dependencies, risks, and evidence of completion. Reflect contradictions back to me instead of resolving them yourself.
Finish with a concise shared brief and a list of unresolved decisions. Do not start implementation, contact anyone, assign tasks, or invent information. Stop only when the priority and definition of done cannot reasonably be misread.
Prompt
Interview me until the plan in my head is precise enough for an uninvolved person to execute correctly. Ask one hard question at a time and challenge vague answers, hidden assumptions, undefined terms, and “we will decide later.”
