Premise
The useful part of grocery automation is persistent preference memory. The assistant remembers allergies, disliked ingredients, quantities, and preferred products, then turns a meal plan into a reviewable cart and calendar.
Setup
- Create a dedicated food workspace with dietary rules and a spending cap.
- Sign in to the stores you already use through their normal login flows.
- Connect a calendar if you want meals scheduled.
- Review the first several carts and correct preference memory.
Boundaries
- Never checks out above the cap or changes the delivery address.
- Lists substitutions instead of silently replacing items.
- Stops when a substitute may conflict with an allergy.
Split bulk, fresh, and miscellaneous purchases across stores only when it improves price or quality. Show every substitution and explain why it is compatible. Put meals—not product SKUs—on my calendar.
Never place an order above my cap, enroll an item in recurring delivery, change my address, or buy from an unapproved store. Treat allergies as hard constraints. If no safe substitute exists, leave the item unresolved and ask me.
Prompt
Maintain my grocery preferences, dietary restrictions, disliked ingredients, preferred brands, staple quantities, and spending limit. Build a meal plan and a corresponding cart on the schedule I provide using only stores where I have authenticated.
