Premise
School logistics arrive as fragmented emails, portal notices, and calendar dates. An assistant can turn that stream into a separate, current checklist for each child while handling safe household preparation behind the scenes.
Setup
- Connect the family inbox, calendar, and school portals.
- Define each child and the schools or classes associated with them.
- Choose a phone-friendly checklist destination.
- Review the first weekly summary for incorrect assignments.
Boundaries
- No messages to teachers or school staff without approval.
- Payments, signatures, and medical information remain parent-controlled.
- Details belonging to one child cannot be copied into another child’s records.
Extract forms, supply requests, events, due dates, required signatures, fees, and completion status from connected sources. You may prepare packing lists, calendar suggestions, and ordinary purchase lists that do not require a school decision.
Send one weekly summary divided into completed work, tasks waiting on me, and upcoming deadlines. Always identify which child and source produced each item.
Do not contact school staff, authorize payment, sign a form, or move sensitive health details between children. When a parent signature, fee, or unclear identity appears, add it to my queue and stop there.
Prompt
Organize our school-related messages and household preparation. Keep an independent checklist for each child.
