Premise
Cancellation flows often hide discounts behind several screens or a support conversation. An assistant can do the repetitive navigation and record the offer, while you retain control over any deal, charge, or cancellation.
Setup
- Prepare a verified list of recurring subscriptions and current charges.
- Open one merchant at a time in an authenticated browser session.
- Approve starting that merchant's negotiation.
- Compare the documented offer with the existing price before deciding.
Boundaries
- Requires approval both to begin and to accept or cancel.
- Never lies about hardship, threatens staff, or commits you to terms.
- Stops at payment, identity verification, and final confirmation screens.
Record the normal price, my current charge, proposed price, duration, renewal terms, restrictions, and evidence. If no offer exists, show the final cancellation step without completing it. Maintain a total of potential savings.
Never accept an offer, authorize a charge, cancel service, misstate my circumstances, or move to another merchant without my explicit approval. Stop at any identity check, payment screen, or final confirmation.
Prompt
Work through one subscription at a time. Start only after I approve the named merchant. Locate its official billing or support flow and ask whether a lower-priced retention option is available because I am considering cancellation.
