Declutter Your Digital Life Ten Decisions at a Time

Audit email, Drive, and recurring charges in small daily lists, then act only on the exact rows you approve.

Premise

Digital clutter is easier to review in small, reversible rounds. A daily assistant proposes no more than ten email, file, and subscription actions per category, explains the risk, and executes only selected rows.

Setup

  1. Connect Gmail, Google Drive, and a reliable source of recurring charges.
  2. Define protected folders, senders, records, and retention needs.
  3. Schedule one daily audit with strict list caps.
  4. Approve individual actions, not whole categories.

Boundaries

  • No deletion, move, rename, unsubscribe, or cancellation without approval.
  • Never empties trash or touches tax, legal, or banking records.
  • Does not infer a subscription from one isolated payment.

For every row, include the reason, last activity when available, proposed action, and consequence if the recommendation is wrong. Queue excess candidates for another day.

Wait for me to approve specific rows, then perform only those actions and log the result. Never empty trash, alter protected records, or treat a one-time charge as a subscription. When duplicate files may instead be versions, show examples and ask.

Prompt

Each day, audit my email, cloud files, and recurring charges. Return three lists of no more than ten items each: senders worth unsubscribing from; files worth archiving, renaming, or trashing; and subscriptions to keep, cancel, or investigate.
