By listing bots, groups, plugins, or related content on Grokdir (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not publish a listing.

Grokdir is an independent directory for Grok bots and related tools. We are not affiliated with xAI or X Corp.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and you must own or have permission to list every asset you submit.

You are responsible for your Grokdir account credentials and for activity under your account.

Your X handle on a listing should be your real creator account so buyers and visitors can verify who published the listing.

You represent that listing text, prompts, links, and media are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe third-party rights.

Grok bot URLs must point to legitimate Grok bot pages on allowed domains (for example https://x.ai/bot/…).

You may not list malware, spam, impersonation, hate, harassment, illegal goods, or content that violates applicable law or platform rules.

Grokdir may remove, hide, or edit listings that violate these Terms or create risk for users or the Platform.

When you complete checkout for a paid listing fee, your listing is published to Grokdir without a separate manual approval step, subject to automated validation and these Terms.

Free listings may also publish immediately when payments are disabled or no listing fee applies.

Grokdir may change listing fees, features, or visibility rules with reasonable notice where practicable.

If you sell access to a paid listing on Grokdir, Grokdir retains a platform fee of 30% of each successful sale.

You receive the remainder after checkout completes, minus payment processor costs where applicable.

Buyers unlock prompts, Grok links, and related content only after they pay.

You are responsible for what you sell, support obligations you offer, and compliance with tax and consumer laws in your region.

Listing fees and buyer checkout are processed through Dodo Payments or other providers we enable.

Payout timing, chargebacks, refunds, and account holds depend on your payment provider setup and applicable law.

Grokdir may withhold or reverse payouts in cases of fraud, chargebacks, policy violations, or legal requests.

Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse Grokdir systems.

Do not attempt to bypass paywalls, copy counts, or listing visibility controls.

Do not submit duplicate listings solely to manipulate search or directory placement.

Grokdir is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee traffic, sales, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grokdir is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Material disputes should be raised through the contact channel listed on Grokdir.
